Sometimes I like to do a Whole30. It’s 30 days of squeaky-clean paleo eating that acts as a reset if you’ve fallen off from your healthy eating habits. It gives your mind and body a break and lets you heal from the inside out. Energy levels rise and hormone responses stabilize, cravings disappear and your body looks to you for healthy ways to fuel your activity. But that doesn’t mean you stop eating delicious food! Follow along with me as I take on the challenge and share my journey with you!

Whole 30 Results – What I learned
I have tried to start a true 2nd Whole 30 for a couple months. I had such an easy time in January and i have mostly stuck with the eating this year. Over the past three months, that stinking sugar has crept back in. I am having a hard time being faithful to the Whole 30! i can’t wait to read your blog and gain encouragement!!!
I am so glad you are here! I hope you find that special something that lights the spark again. It seems the 2nd time can be tough to finish – at least it was for me! The 3rd time is feeling great though. Maybe you’ll jump in?
